Silverplate Cocktail & Dessert Plates, c. 1950's-60's, set of 7
A wonderfully versatile set of seven vintage silverplate plates by Oneida Silversmiths, dating to approximately the 1950's-1960's. Originally sold as six-inch 'place plates' as part of Oneida's Mansion House Giftwares collection, their petite scale makes them especially charming and useful for modern entertaining.
Perfect for cocktail-hour hors d'oeuvres, passed appetizers, bread, cake or dessert, the simple polished silverplate adds just the right amount of shine to the table. Their classic, understated design mixes beautifully with both vintage and contemporary dinnerware and glassware.
The plates were acquired in their original Mansion House Giftwares box, which was labeled as a set of four, though the collection had grown to seven matching plates over the years. All seven are offered together here.
Each plate is marked "Oneida Silversmiths" on the reverse.
Set includes: 7 plates
Dimensions: Approximately 6" diameter each
